121–180 days

Rental term from 101 to 180 days.
An incomplete month is charged by the day: monthly rate ÷ 30 × number of days.
Deposit: one month’s rent, refundable.
Final cleaning: €50.
Utilities included up to 3,000 TL a month.

No booking platforms in between, so no platform commission in the price.
